We are sorry to hear that you want to return your prom dress. At TOGROU, we strive to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, so we want to make the return process as easy as possible.
Please note that we only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The dress must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the dress has any signs of wear or damage.
To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service team at sales@togrou.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary information and instructions on how to proceed.
- All the products are returnable and replaceable in case of quality issues.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods unless it’s about quality issues.
- Sometimes the parcels may get lost, if you have not received your order in the delivery time, please contact us and we will refund you the payment or arrange to resend you the order again in this kind of case.
Once we receive and inspect the dress, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the original payment method.
